4’ LED T8 Hybrid Tube (Type A+B)

Factory LED Direct's 4’ LED T8 Hybrid Tube (Type A+B) is DLC 5.1 listed and designed to work with or without traditional electrical ballasts. Our Hybrid tubes are constructed to be single-ended or double ended, so customers don’t need to worry about existing wiring schemes. Ideal use for office spaces, warehouses, hotels, restaurants, and schools. Hybrid (UL Type A/B) LED linear light bulbs can be installed in a fluorescent lighting fixture that is powered by a ballast. If the fixture's ballast fails, the fixture can be wired directly into the building's power supply to power the bulb. These bulbs avoid the expense or replacing failed ballasts when switching lighting systems from fluorescent technology to LED technology. Because users will need access to the lighting fixture to rewire it if the ballast fails, hybrid (UL Type A/B) LED linear light bulbs are typically used in offices and other spaces where ceilings are 10 ft. high or less. LED linear bulbs use less energy and need to be changed less often than fluorescent linear bulbs.

Hybrid Type A (with ballast) + Type B (ballast removal) AC line input. Luminaire is built with the highest quality 120- 277V internal drivers.
RETROFIT EASILY
Plug-n-play or by-pass the ballast with our easy 4’ LED T8 tube retrofit. Our Hybrid produces uniform light output that is consistent from end-to-end. Direct replacement of 32W-T8 4ft fluorescent lamp.
