My company owns several Small Apartment complexes and warehouses in Houston and San Antonio, I buy all of my LED lights from Factory LED Direct. The reason is simple, their prices are great compared to the big box stores, and the quality is fantastic.  Of all of the fixtures that we have purchased, we have only had one go out, and it was replaced very timely with no issues.  

FACTORY LED DIRECT has A+ Customer service that is hard to find these days. I was looking for a tunable high bay light for our hobby shop and wanted to make sure we had enough lights for our project. I gave them my design and they came back with two different photometric studies on what I was thinking about doing. I had the tunable CCT lights in mind that can switch from 4000K to 5000K as well. I found the light I wanted after much research. A few companies were selling them. FACTORY LED was $16 cheaper a light than everyone else if you ordered as many lights as I needed. Shipping was free with a larger order to a commercial business,which I fortunately have access to. After all the help I made an order. We hit a hang up that we couldn’t get the exact light I wanted right away, however they had a product that was better that is also WATTAGE AND CCT tunable. We decided to go with that with no extra charge and they threw in a mounting hardware option that I initially wanted but didn’t feel necessary for the extra cost. I spoke with the same person on the phone every time which was the same person I emailed every time. There were no run arounds and having to explain the project to 10 different people. I haven’t got my lights yet but if they are as good as the customer service I received then they will be as good as it gets!

We own several swim schools to teach kids to swim, I would and have recommended Factory LED Direct to anyone that is in need of LED Lights. The lights look great in all of our schools, the instructors and most importantly the parents of the kids love the new bright look in the lobbies and pools.
