Hand Hole Cover

• Reinforced for Durability: Poles are supplied with a reinforced steel hand hole for secure and convenient wiring access.
• Dimensions:
  • Poles 15 feet and above: 2 5/8” x 4 5/8” access opening and a 3” x 5” rectangular hand hole cover made of heavy-gauge aluminum.
  • Poles under 15 feet: 2¼” x 4¼” access opening with a 3” x 5” rectangular hand hole cover.
• Secure Design: Hand hole cover is sealed with a formed aluminum bar and stainless steel tamper-proof screw, ensuring safety and durability.

Base Plate

• Material: Fabricated from structural-quality hot rolled steel for uncompromising strength and reliability.
• Strength: Meets or exceeds a minimum yield strength of 36,000 PSI.
• Design: Telescopes over the shaft and is fully circumferentially welded for stability. Slotted bolt holes provide flexibility for easy anchoring.

Anchorage

• Anchor Bolts: Includes (4) hot rolled steel bolts with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI.
• Design Details: Bolts have an “L” bend for added stability, are fully galvanized for corrosion resistance, and are threaded on the opposite end. Each bolt comes with two nuts and two washers for secure installation.

Base Cover

• Material: Manufactured from heavy-gauge carbon steel.
• Design: A two-piece cover that conceals and protects the base, providing a clean, professional finish.

Finish

• Durability: Coated with a TGIC Polyester Powder Coat, applied electrostatically for a uniform and lasting finish.
• Pretreatment Process:
  1. Power washing at 140°F with 20 PSI to remove contaminants.
  2. Media blasting for smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
  3. Iron phosphate treatment to enhance corrosion protection.
  4. Baked at 400°F to ensure maximum durability and scratch resistance.
