Hand Hole Cover

• Reinforced Access: Designed for secure wiring entry and easy maintenance access.
• Dimensions:
  • Poles 15 feet and above: Includes a 2 5/8” x 4 5/8” access opening, with a 3” x 5” rectangular hand hole cover made from heavy-gauge aluminum.
  • Poles under 15 feet: Comes with a 2¼” x 4¼” access opening, using the same durable, aluminum hand hole cover.
• Secure Design: Hand hole covers are sealed with a formed aluminum bar and secured with a tamper-proof stainless steel screw for added safety and security.

Base Plate

• Material: Fabricated from structural-quality hot rolled steel.
• Strength: Meets or exceeds a minimum yield strength of 36,000 PSI.
• Design: Fully circumferentially welded to the pole shaft for superior stability, with slotted bolt holes that offer 1” of flexibility on either side of the bolt circle centerline.

Anchorage

• Anchor Bolts: Supplied with (4) hot-rolled steel bolts with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI.
• Design: Each bolt is threaded on one end and has an "L" bend on the opposite end, ensuring stability. The bolts are fully galvanized and include two nuts and two washers for easy and secure installation.

Base Cover

• Material: Heavy-gauge carbon steel.
• Design: Two-piece cover elegantly conceals the base, providing a polished, professional appearance.

Finish

• Coating: Features an electrostatically applied TGIC Polyester Powder Coat for long-lasting durability and a professional finish.
• Pretreatment Process:
  1. Cleaned with a 140°F power wash at 20 PSI.
  2. Media blasted for a clean surface, ensuring optimal paint adhesion.
  3. Coated with an iron phosphate treatment for corrosion resistance.
  4. Cured at 400°F, resulting in maximum hardness and lasting protection.
